Hello! I'm Kailey Lentsch, an educator and support specialist dedicated to helping children build confidence, independence, and meaningful skills across home, school, and community settings.

As a certified educator with a background in exceptional student education, I specialize in supporting students with diverse learning needs, including autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, learning disabilities, and developmental delays. On the other hand, I also provide enrichment services to gifted students who need to be challenged and strengthen critical thinking skills. I hold a Master's degree in Social Work and have experience working with children and families across several educational and behavioral settings.

My approach goes beyond traditional tutoring. I work collaboratively with families, teachers, therapists, and support teams to help children generalize skills across environments and achieve meaningful progress in everyday life. Sessions are individualized to meet each child's unique strengths, interests, and goals while fostering engagement, confidence, and independence.
